That is not to say that larger lenders and high street banks have not become more competitive in recent years because they have. They have had to lower their prices and make their terms more competitive as a result of the existence of the independent and specialist lenders. All of this means great news for you. When you combine that with the fact that the majority of mortgage lenders offer a whole range of products though, you will certainly agree that there is a perfect mortgage just waiting for you to find it. Everyone has different requirements from his or her mortgage, but because the market is big now you will undoubtedly be able to meet all of them with one individual product.
